Local Strawberry Jam

During late May into early June we hand pick the local strawberries The Eastern shore has to offer. Once washed, hulled and sorted the strawberries are mixed with sugar and pectin and cooked until jam consistency. The end result is a vibrant strawberry jam that not only looks good enough to eat but is mouth watering in flavor and has that intense strawberry flavor
Delicious on fresh bread, in tarts and of course on English scones with whipped cream
